Half-Mirror, Half-Window

I was talking to this girl with a bunch of tattoos once, and she had all kinds of hermetic imagery on her back, and when I asked her about it she said she just saw them in a sample book while at the tattoo shop. She was originally planning to get a SpongeBob on the shoulder. Sometimes that’s funny to me, sometimes it’s annoying. Makes me think that memories really are the height of interactive entertainment. Every day their context changes, constantly being updated to draw out the freshest emotions your body has to offer.
